I am a physiotherapist since 2009, I have a Master´s Degree in Sports Medicine and I am a personal trainer (FIHF 2018). I also hold a degree in orthopedic manual therapy (OMT).
I will get you in shape, whether that means losing/gaining weight, getting stronger, or just getting back into training as a part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Why not book a session already today and we’ll work it out together! I offer my services in Swedish, Finnish and English.

Please note that all training sessions are 60 min. The prices do not include possible gym fees. For home training/training at your gym I charge 12€ extra/hour.
Fitness
With my background as a physiotherapist I will give you a little extra in training and movement analysis. I am trained to detect risks in movement patterns and I will guide you to perform “clean” movements with minimal risk of injury. My training philosophy is highly effective, secure and easy to follow.
I simply prescribe training that works. I expect you to work hard. In return I will support you in the best possible way, especially through tougher periods. According to your goals I will set up either a combination of a training program and a nutrition plan, or then just the training part of it. I can also design an individualized meal plan. The training can be located outdoors or at a gym.
Nutrition
Whatever your goal is — be it to lose, gain, or maintain weight — my main interest is to keep you steadily energized throughout the day. I want to make your food intake support your training and vice versa.
I do not prescribe any specific diet, but I am a true proponent of ordinary healthy food. Together we will check your food diary and we will set up a food plan individualized on your needs. I will give my best advice on how to reach your goals.
Group training
I offer group training courses outdoors throughout the year. Please follow me on social media to see the latest courses available. Whether you are looking for a private group training, for example among your friends or colleagues, don’t hesitate to contact me for a tailored experience.
Outdoor Training Parents
Both rookies and veterans are welcome! We focus on pelvic floor muscles and re-building strength and aerobic capacity after birth. The course is held Thursday mornings in Kaivopuisto. Check out more info on Facebook at ”Outdoor Training Parent”.

My big passion in life is to help other people, to see them grow and find joy in their lives with mobility and healthy food.
Throughout my life I have always loved movement. It started with my daily 1 km walks to and from daycare, followed by gymnastics, dances, aerobic classes and runs during school, until I entered my first physiotherapy class. There and then I knew I had found the core for my future profession. Ever since, I have educated myself in different areas of physiotherapy/personal training and really love the combination of it.
During my years in Stockholm I worked with obese children. The tools I used in weight control are still highly effective, and my research about weight loss through the years has deepened my knowledge in this area. My training philosophy has three corner stones: sleep/rest, qualitative and systematic training, and nutritious food. These are equally important for me. As a mother of three, I also have a special interest in women’s health. Combining post-natal training with outdoor exercise and social networking is really something I believe in.
